My husband, Michael, and I recently purchased a Honda Accord

I wanted to write and congratulate you and your staff for the wonderful assistance and professionalism
your staff exhibited during the recent sale made to me and my husband. On April 26th, 2007 my husband
and I came in to purchase a 2007 Honda Civic EX coupe
with navigation. My first contact was with Tami
in your Internet sales department, late one evening approximately one week before we decided to purchase
the vehicle form Burt Kuni Honda. Tami’s professionalism, efficiency, and an attitude of a true desire
to make my experience as pleasant, simple, and trouble free was evident form that first contact. When

I was handed off to your very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding salesperson Bryan
Vinegar. He listened intently to my needs, and made himself available at any time, after I spent
only a limited amount of time taking a test drive, to answer any further questions I had. Every
time I contacted him on his cell phone, he treated me with a smile, and the respect I deserved
as a potential buyer. He never once made me feel like I was bothering him and showed an equal
desire to help the transaction proceed in a pleasant, simple and trouble free way. For that I
am truly grateful. I must say, that dealt with car dealerships in my lifetime. I can certainly
see why you and your dealership won the Honda President’s Award. It is well deserved, and I

We bought a new Accord on January 30th,
and want to tell you what a positive
experience we had at Burt-Kuni Honda. We had e-mailed several Honda dealers along
the Front Range asking about prices on Accords. The first person to respond was
Tami Maddy. Her emails were specific and complete, so we quickly made an appointment
to drive up from Colorado Springs.
Tami put us in touch with Michael Ruplinger. He is the most helpful, well-informed,
and courteous sales associate we have ever met in our long history of car-buying –
both Honda and others. He is an extraordinary representative for your company.
We expected a good deal based on Tami’s e-mails, and we got it. We never expected
such a pleasant visit – thanks to Michael. You’re lucky to have him.

I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the very professional and
thorough service I received at Burt Kuni Honda. Your staff is excellent. Starting
with my sales rep Michael Rupplinger, who not only made sure that I purchased the
car that best fit my needs, but also followed through to make sure I was pleased
with the vehicle. The service team made a huge impression on me, beginning with
you and Bob. Although my warranty had expired, and the dealership was under no
obligation to make repairs, you did not hesitate to replace the transmission when
it was determined that it was defective.
Thank you so much for taking care of my needs. I refer people whenever I have
a chance, and although I no longer live in the area, you can be assured that
I will be back to Burt Kuni Honda the next time I purchase a vehicle.

On Saturday, May 27th I arranged the lease of a new Accord
with the help of Marilyn Rosenthal
of your sales staff. If you speak with Marilyn you will find that we have been discussing any
number of Honda’s for almost a year. During this period of research and due diligence Marilyn
was a most appreciated partner. She always was interested and helpful in discussing any and
all details. Often she would follow up in a very professional fashion to make certain I did
not have other questions.
Finally a decision was made and Marilyn was great advocate for me. She helped me focus on
the right car at the right price. She carefully listened to concerns during the negotiations
and helped craft a great deal for both Burt Kuni Honda and myself. Ultimately we both gave
some and found common ground for the deal.
I sincerely appreciated Marilyn not pushing extras that she knew I did not want, but also
her pointing out the specific appointments that would make the use of this
new Accord even better.
After the sale she was most careful to explain all aspects of the vehicle and warranties. I appreciated
her thoughtfulness in the process.
Finally, Marilyn was supportive as I had a few additional questions on my lease. We met with the
leasing manager and obtain the requested information.
Overall, I have been very pleased to have conducted my vehicle trade with Burt Kuni Honda
and I am certain that if all your sales associates are like Marilyn, you will have
much continued success.
I do want to thank Marilyn for a great sales experience; I suspect this is standard
protocol for all her customers. I will refer clients and friends to Marilyn because of
the way she helped me.

I want to take a moment to let you know about our experience with your dealership. My
husband and I came in a couple weeks ago searching for a
Hybrid expecting to be hassled
by sales me (as we have experienced many, many times in the past).
Upon our arrival, we were introduced to Igor. Igor listened to all of our needs
and found us our perfect fit. Igor kept us informed of the arrival of our new car and
was very attentive and helpful through the whole transaction. And I have to say that
even after the transaction he’s been great!
Through the whole process, your family of employees has been wonderful. They made
us feel like family and we want to give them our thanks.
